It’s My Park Day is November 2nd

Join friends and neighbors volunteering for a fun and family friendly work day for the Fall 2024 It’s My Park Day on Saturday, November 2nd in South Austin Neighborhood Park!

We will be spreading mulch around the trees in at the Stone Crest, Juanita, and Herndon park entrances, making and planting wildflower seed balls (especially fun for kids) and picking up trash and fallen branches throughout the park.

In addition to the satisfaction of sprucing up Galindo’s beloved park; volunteers can also take advantage of freebies and discounts from several local businesses as a thank you for participating. Registering using the link below allows you to reserve your free Fall 2024 IMPD t-shirt and helps us plan for appropriate amount of supplies and snacks.

We will meet at the Stone Crest entrance off of Fieldcrest Drive on the north side of the park. The event will be from 10 am until Noon on November 2nd.
