District 3 Budget Community Meeting

The City Manager has now presented his proposed budget to City Council. Now, council members are carefully reviewing the document to understand what this means for our City and what it means for District 3.

One of the priorities going into this year’s budget process is conserving essential social services, ensuring the city continues to fund Community Violence Intervention programs, protecting Austin’s renters, and supporting Austin’s homelessness response. With this in mind, the District 3 office is now preparing questions for City staff.
