1305 W. Oltorf – Update

The rezoning proposal to change the ABGB property at 1305 W. Oltorf from commercial-only to mixed-use passed the Planning Commission without discussion. It was scheduled to go before City Council (Item 174) on Thursday, July 24, but the applicant has now requested an indefinite postponement.

This means the item will NOT be heard on July 24. It must be re-noticed before it can be considered at a future City Council meeting.
