Please note that we will be changing the format: while the formal candidate forum will be rescheduled to a later date due to conflicts, we expect at least 2 of the candidates to stop by at the beginning of our meeting to introduce themselves and share their ideas and vision for Austin.

- ARC at 3809 S 2nd St officially started their new building on September 19, 2024.
- Stonecrest Drive approved for residential permit parking, signs have been placed.
7:50 New Business:
- C14-2024-0071 PSW has hired Armbrust & Brown to push a 9 story vertical mixed use building with commercial services on at 2313, 2315, 2401 and 2413 Thornton Road. The rezoning would allow for multiple uses and give the developer modifications in height and setbacks, etc. in exchange for some affordable units. The proposed development is sits on West Bouldin Creek. This case will be heard at city council on September 26, 2024.
- DB90 moratorium for Galindo will end on January 16, 2025.
