How to Provide Written Feedback

If you have not already, you may still provide written feedback by using the instructions on the following form: https://gena.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/BOA-Feedback-Comment-Form-Fillable.pdf. Feedback must be sent to Elaine Ramirez at elaine.ramirez@austintexas.gov by 9am on Monday 1/13/25 in order to be included in the January 13th meeting.


How to Provide Verbal Feedback

GENA will be planning to speak against the variance requests at the January 13th meeting. If you would ALSO like to speak at the January 13th meeting, you can do that in person or virtually.

If you wish to speak in person, you can sign up and register in the BOA Registration book (along the rock wall as you enter Council Chambers) the day of the meeting, Monday 1/13/2025 at City Hall –Council Chambers, Rm 1001. Doors should open at 5:00pm to the public, and the meeting begins at 5:30pm.

If you wish to speak virtually you must register and send the information below before 12pm on Sunday, 1/12/2025 to Elaine Ramirez at elaine.ramirez@austintexas.gov.

  2. Whether you are in Opposition or Support
  3. The phone number you will call in from (note: If you have a landline this will be the best phone number to provide. You must provide the phone number you plan to call from or your call will not be accepted)
  4. Your address (note: to have standing, you must be within 500 feet of the 600 Cumberland property)
  5. Your e-mail address where you can most easily access e-mails
  6. Case number you are in Opposition or Support of (= C15-2024-0040)
  7. Address you are in Opposition or Support of (= 600 Cumberland Rd)
