600 Cumberland Rd: Postponement Requested to January 13th

Editor’s note 12/10: The request for postponement was granted and the case will be heard on January 13th.

Hi Neighbors – 

We wanted to provide a few quick updates on the upcoming hearing regarding the variance requests for 600 Cumberland Road.

First, Patty Sprinkle has put in a request for a postponement of the hearing until the January 13th meeting when more people will be able to attend. We won’t know for certain until the Board of Adjustments meeting on Monday, December 9th whether the postponement will be granted, but we believe this is likely to happen and are preparing accordingly.

Second, thank you to everyone who has already contributed their time and insights to develop the presentation that GENA will put forward to the Board to object to the variance requests. It has been an amazing effort on the behalf of the neighborhood and we are truly humbled to see how everyone has come together.

How can you help?

You still have time to provide written feedback if you have not already! Feedback is due by 9am on the day of the meeting (January 13th). 

You may also sign up to speak at the Board of Adjustments Meeting, either in person or via the phone.
